Past MPA patients: You can transfer without a wait, simply call Dragonfly to register as a new patient (432-704-1058). 

Due to the long waiting list at Dragonfly, we will be capping these transfers at 12 weeks after my move: July 14th. We want to ensure fair treatment for all families, both those transferring as well as those already on the waiting list.
